The selected candidate will assist with agricultural operations, loading and unloading goods, handling farm materials, and maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Key Responsibilities: -Assist with general agricultural and farming activities. -Load and unload agricultural products, equipment, and supplies. -Sort, pack, and handle agricultural produce carefully. -Move and organize materials in designated storage areas. -Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow health and safety procedures. -Follow the supervisor’s lawful instructions and established work procedures.
- Must hold a valid Indian passport. - Must meet the applicable German work visa and employment authorization requirements. - No previous experience required; training may be provided by the employer. - Must be physically fit for manual handling and agricultural duties. - Must be willing to work outdoors and perform loading and unloading tasks. - Must follow workplace safety, hygiene, and operational instructions. - Basic English or German communication skills are preferred. - Must provide genuine identity documents and other documents required for recruitment and visa processing. - Must be willing to work in Potsdam, Germany, under the agreed employment contract.
